Del Norte County Office of Education provides monthly meeting convening for the Del Norte County After School Network (DCAN) and arranges training and technical assistance opportunities for after school programs in Del Norte County.

MCAN hosts monthly teleconferences in conjunction with KUDOS Afterschool Programs to encourage networking within the county. MCAN offers training opportunities, stipends for participating in various trainings/conferences (when funding is available), and has access to multiple online resources. MCAN encourages the rural programs to take advantage of experts in their county to provide enrichment and educational opportunities to the children in their after school programs.
