Learn techniques to plan and facilitate effective meetings, how to keep discussions focused and on topic, and how to manage challenging participant behaviors. Participants will gain strategies when giving constructive feedback, observations and performance reviews, and how to facilitate the difficult conversations effectively and sensitively.
