For Site Supervisors! Coaching Staff to Success

Facilitated by: Kimberly Copperberg, CalSERVES Site Supervisor and CalSAC trainer
During this CalSAC training, participants will learn about the different stages of coaching and the coaching steps, and have an opportunity to practice the coaching steps. Participants will understand four coaching stages and will practice successful coaching and motivation strategies.
