Participants will gain a working definition that enhances their understanding of and communication about bullying and learn the local county statistics, reported by students, for incidents of bullying. Participants will understand the similarities and differences of verbal-, physical-, emotional- and cyber-bullying, explore strategies for addressing and responding to bullying, and discuss how to work cooperatively with parents regarding bullying.
