Region 1 Site Visits

As part of Region 1's grant contract with the California Department of Education, we are required to make site visits to After School Programs. The purpose of the visit is to identify the training and technical assistance needs of that program and recommend a plan to address those needs.

To request a site visit, please download, complete and return the Help & Support Request Form. Fax or email your completed form to the Region 1 office, and staff will get back to you as soon as possible. Phone calls are welcome and can be directed to Susan McConnell at 467-5141. The Regional office will fill out the form with you over the phone if you should chose to call.

Site visitations are scheduled on the following criteria:

1. Request from the site
2. Site that has never been visited
3. Site that has not met attendance targets
4. Sites that are in Program Improvement.
